I’m Laura Ortiz
I’m a somatic coach with a background in psychology and over a decade of experience in HR, leadership, talent development, and wellbeing.
I’ve lived what I now help others move through: burnout, performance pressure, perfectionism, and disconnection from my body and deeper desires.
Through somatic coaching, I help women quiet the second-guessing and internal pressure that keep them stuck.
Together, we learn to tune into the body’s subtle signals: the ones often drowned out by urgency, doubt, or the need to get it right. So that decisions can come from a felt sense of direction, even when the mind feels uncertain.
This work reconnects you with what you feel and want. It widens your emotional range and helps you access your own timing, truth, and next steps, from the inside out.
